Greenpastures. I'm not a lawyer but as a layman; if the couple are still alive, have them draw up a new will immediately and have it lodged with the Public Trust office. It should also state that the will dated XX/XX/XX has been replaced by this new one. If they could be classed as 'not of sound mind and body' then an independent person should be given power of attorney for the purposes of assisting them in drawing up their will. Some humans turn into animals when there's big $$$ involved. I've experienced it myself.
