Doubtful, it would depend on what type of legal action ofcourse. In terms of the decision of the tribunal, i can not see how they would be granted any standing in any admin matter in Australia. Further, in any court proceedings they would have to prove either territorial jurisdiction or subject matter jurisdiction, again depends on the action.
