Yes buddy, price for them helping the company out.. I think the new guys are well aware they will raise a pittance from existing shareholders and they shopping it to corporates like these yanks for 1c selling them the story with a clean balance sheet which would have to include a clear plan for saying bye bye to WEG and decades of mining to come.. great if you could get in at 1c..
