I doubt that there would be any way that the Royal Bank of Scotland would like seeing it's name used in any shady deal?

If the money wasn't there then I very much doubt they would say nothing and allow this information to stay in the market unchallenged? I am sure they would be saying something to clear their name, the RBS are in enough trouble as it is after the Financial meltdown.
