Reason why I asked was that if you are a believer in the stock that you claim to be, then I assume you DID take the SPP offer.

As you are aware, it would have given u over 100% return ($10,000 PROFIT).
Now, you would not have paid tax on that coz you would be in the position to SELL $10,000 of losses on your current MST position.
