Is there a possibility that MST would know that the money is on...

Is there a possibility that MST would know that the money is on its way today? My understanding is that there is a delay in large money transfers. The one unknown is (and I saw this in a demise of another company) that there maybe undeclared hurdles that MST management aren't making public that are delaying the payment.
