    DD and submission of documents by qtr end I am hoping. Probably 4th qtr before a decision on ECA cover.
    They will need to settle on the purchase of the land at meckering around the end of this qtr/early next qtr. The cash may be getting tight by then,so perhaps a small CR. All that said,I am also bullish. 10c was a gift.
