Just for comparison and ironically enough one of my other holdings, a pot stock announced a pretty major deal 2 months ago with a deposit deadline stated and the SP took off, followed it up with more good news and it was primed for the money in the bank announcement and further growth as proven revenue in the sector is a big milestone... Anyway, D-day came and no word.. No clarification, nobody has any idea what is going on. Instead of announce something the company chose to respond to a shareholders e-mail and say they do not feel the need to notify share holders of every receipt of payment bla bla bla. It has caused a month a wild swings (great for traders) but still uncertainty. Makes me feel like there is something to hide or they need to hide things from SH. I don't like that.
The fact these guys are keeping us informed when they don't have to and just what the delay is I think great and shows that they have nothing to hide and this is why for the delay. Great communication. Unless it falls through of course.

And i will be honest, yes i am a trader but it does not change the fact i have done my due diligence here and am happy with my risk to reward choices here. In fact to be fully open if we get what we all are expecting, CKA will be in my free carry longs.
Happy to wait this out and see how it plays out. Actually works out well for the chart. Needs a few more days for the 50day EMA to cross the 100day moving average. Setting up perfectly IMO.
