Guys - owner and operator of 3 self storage facilities & looking to put a parcel of $ into NSR just because I understand the industry.. and why not own some of the competition?
Agree with everything kiwi said especially the recession proof.
Tighter lending = less home building
+ higher interest rates = higher rents
= more people moving home and living together.
= cheaper to store your stuff while you save than to rent with your stuff and try to save.
Long on National Storage and the industry.
