Any moderate Australian muslims condemning ....., page-14

Well from our perspective here in Australia, how about the Australian Fereration of Islamic Councils: Muslims Australia speak up?

They claim to be the peak hierarchical Islamic organisation representing the "cause of Islam in Australia" representing Islam and Muslims at a national and international level.

They are apparently the undisputed mouthpiece, so how come we do not see public notifications on their website denouncing the Islamic violence in the name of Allah that we witness on a day to day basis?

If they are supposedly representative of the community here, well, how about some leadership and management and control?

Or are they too afraid to ruffle the feathers within their own community, or is there some other reason?

Let's at least see a struggle (Jihad) playing out in the open.  Without any signs of 'moderates' speaking out, one can only jump to obvious conclusions about either whether this community is capable of controlling its own, or that it simply doesn't want to.
