nothing happening until they announce that the sale documentation is done and dusted. Then the co has to call a meeting of shareholders to approve the sale.
According to the announcement 7 January - documentation will take about 4 weeks then another 4 weeks before the meeting of shareholders is scheduled.
I'll be going to the meeting, and reluctantly I'll be voting yes to the sale. It's the only hope left for the company.
