Quite like the ride out to Serpentine Dam ... the Kingsbury Road loop oof the South Western Highway is great. Careful on weekends though, it's a fav for groups of would be Moto GP racers.

A longer run is up Toodyay Road to Toodyay. then south to Northam then York & either back to Perth Gt Eastern Hwy or further south to Beverly (maybe have a glider experience there) then back to Perth via shortcut to Brookton Hwy or further south to Brookton & back to Perth along the Brookton Hwy. That full loop is a pretty big day's ride, but there are some great sections & nice scenery.
