To sell a property to invest entirely in the stock market would be poor capital management. To sell a property to invest in one company especially a penny stock is just lunacy and comes across as nothing more than a inexperienced ramp.
How many once considered penny dreadfuls are now regarded as top line stocks today? I've been involved with ASX for about 15 years and can only think of FMG and even that's on uncertain grounds today. Penny stock investors always refer to the FMG story but for the one FMG over past 10 years there have been thousands of rubbish stocks which have done nothing but destroy investors wealth.
Obviously you're far more likely to see the likes of a penny stock go bankrupt then high quality long established large caps like those within S&P500.
