    It's classed as a penny stock, rule of thumb use to be anything under $5. Now they've refined that more to mean anything under $5 and doesn't meet the criteria for a major US index listing, some also consider anything under $1 as a penny stock.

    NEA would fall into both those categories. SP is sub $1, MC,revenue history are too low would mean it wouldn't get a major listing like the NASDAQ.

    It's a penny stock.
