    It's not black and white and your not differentiating between established start up stocks and start ups. Your categorising NEA priced at 50c as a penny stock under the same umbrella as a 0.5c shell penny stock.

    By your definition, your now saying FMG is a penny stock because it's below $5?
    ZIP recently went over $1, its speculative and therefore is no longer a penny stock?

    I imagine this could go on for hours, so I'll leave it at that.
