Banks and all lenders take too long to decide and process applications, too much paperwork and want penalties or very high interest rates and other costs, valuation fees, feasibility studies, insurance etc for bridging finance I just cant be bothered with it all. Its never as easy as they make it sound in those ads lol I was once in Commercial lending and I don't think much has changed lol
