can't see it happening mate, way too much money on offer. can you imgaine the tax to be paid over the coming years let alone the construction Capex and on going operating & maintenacne costs all while employing 1,000's of aussie.
It would be 1 very brave government to say No.
As mentioned previously, i beleive they will say Yes but it will come with conditional baggage.
