I had a bit of a look into the history of this crowd. They will not easily buy if they can not reach 90% and be able to force the other 10% to sell under the law. You can see that also on the list that they attach every time with the announcement they do. About all the companies they own is 100%. They do not like minority shareholders. All that talk of de-listing etc is just scaring tactics as far as I think.
