Just checked the last notice extending the period to 11th February and see that they should disclose their intentions on 3rd February as to whether they will extend the offer period or, decide to call it a day and go away.
IMO, hold firm until after 3rd Feb. We should then have an idea as to what Smidth intend.
Still believe that the shares are worth AUD 1.00 plus (plus a div. of at least 13 cents fully franked)
