If I calculate correctly they need approx 1.8mil shares more to reach 90%. I think that is why they actively buy on the market and the share price is higher than the offer. And they pay the dividend beforehand to drop the buying price on the market. They will now go on to complete the buy-out that is for sure, because they already committed the payment of the dividend. Now is the time to sit tight. The market price will rise if the sellers dry up. You will be stupid now to accept the offer if the price on market is on it's way up. There are now only so many sellers left outside and time is on your side. Just wait, things are getting better, just wait. One should buy now yourself to sell to them later.
