    Thats the real point.

    The 13 cent divi is actually Essa's money in the bank. So they are picking up a company for 73c minus (our cash), they are getting this half yearly's profits and our dividend plus 5 years of franking credits worth millions $$$$.

    It's a joke and I wont be selling into it.
