Peppie you stated a very valid point not picked up by all the sellers me thinks when you said:

"they are getting this half yearly's profits and our dividend plus 5 years of franking credits worth millions $$$$"

That in itself is worth money that is included in the 60 cents offer. Taken that into account and deducting that of the 60 cents they are buying this company for under the market price where it was quoted before they came along.

Quite clever how they structured the buying price of 73 cents with our own money and assets. You sell the shares to yourself and think you are doing big business and make lots of money. They must be joking and I think up to a certain extent the directors are selling us out.

If they think I will sell like this they must be joking. If they want to do business, they must start talking serious business and stop the nonsense or go away that we can carry on with business as usual. Nobody asked them to make the offer.
