Their must be some delay, hence the price action. The day the stock sold down from 16 to 12, something was out in the investment / banking community.
Time will tell.
The global banking issues atm likely impacting capital allocations at this time, regardless if from the Middle East or not. Banking is all linked, even sovereign wealth funds. I hope I am wrong and this goes ahead as planned.
Hank is a direct and impressive guy with real skin in the game on this company. He would be working very hard putting all the complex pieces together.
