Thanks for your well reasoned comments. I probably just had a bad day yesterday .. apologies for the grumpiness! Regarding being able to stay in for the NASDAQ listing ... I reckon that management will be acutely focussed on ensuring that the original shareholders, many of whom would be locals, are well rewarded for their support in getting the company established.
