It's just lajolla selling. It's what they do. I'd expect a "ceasing to be substantial holder" notice tomorrow but they have a few days to get it in. I'm glad they're near the end of the initial convertible note funding agreement.
Other news that is due is the results of the meeting on Monday and then confirmation of capital raising and issue of shares at 5c thereafter that the directors have mentioned in recent announcements.
Obviously any patent or other progress announcement can come out of the blue, like last Monday's announcement.
