    From my very quick reading of the document it is an initial or draft IPO and will be for 30m shares at $2.00 (minimum) - IMO - based on my best efforts to extrapolate given data. Hopefully, all of the blanks will be filled in by 20 Feb and the exact price will then be known.

    The bubbly is being cooled:)
