That $2.00 price would be great for me as I look to get in on the first day but disappointing for current shareholders who may have been expecting a 10-20% increase on the subscription receipt price. Oh well.
It appears that the 20th Feb will be the issue date of the prospectus with 20th March being the closing of the offer as a date of 21st March is shown in the documents as a date that needs to be met before penalty clauses apply etc.
