Three days or 3 months, I've held for so long, I don't care just as long as there's positive news in due course. I'm not dumping even if there is a delay. There's usually delays with court cases and from what I've read, inevitable in the SI.

Yesterday's post (now removed) purporting to reveal mboose's identity was IMO someone very very close to management who confirmed that mboose was in the court room on Friday but pretending to be in Aus and because he has an axe to grind, was less than honest with the truth. I doubt we will hear from mboose for quite some time!

If the revelations in the (removed) post are correct,eg, "those present believe there will be a delay in the matter but will be resolved this year and now more than ever is most favourable to AVQ shareholders", I can live with that.
