    Perhaps. However, how quickly do you you think SMM would be relasing "good news" had they been successful. In fact even if they had an inkling that they were in a strong position I'm sure they would be shouting from the rooftops via their website or SI Star or other media. I could be wrong but I haven't seen or heard of any such gloating and nothing's been posted here which, to me, is a positive.
