the words partnership and advanced have been in the presentation for the last 7 years, so don't get too excited. Having said that, obviously the longer it goes on the closure they will be to a partnership deal. however it won't be in the form that people are expecting, in my opinion. Don't expect a Cephalon deal for billions. That funding was needed for trial funding, MSB have almost completed phase 3 trails in heart and back. there will be up front payments and then a sales agreement attached for utilisation of sales force etc...
