    Apparently from another thread it's said many shareholders were shut out from the last meeting.

    There is talk about a DOCA (deed of company arrangement) put forward which would have a slim chance of recapitalising VCR.

    They seem to say there would be trouble contacting all 17000 shareholders in time for the next meeting.
    Whatever that means.
