re: operating cost 90c life of mine - yes, but it's substantially lower than that for the first 5 years. Besides, after a year or two, there will be further resources identified, Uranium up and running then cobalt/gold/silver credits all in the mix.
EQN will surprise on the upside - EVERYTHING in that report is extremely conservative.
