Sounds like a reasonable expectation. Something else has been bugging me though, if iron ore is in such scarce supply wouldn't the steeel mills be worried about potentially missing out on such a resource? Why wouldn't one or more of them want to make a commitment early rather than later? Surely an agreement could be "subject to" certain unknowns being rectified in the future. Anyone have some experience from the iron ore purchasing side of the equation?
