i think there are more players in this game that just SDL.. there are several companies which need to come together i feel for the roads/railway/port/power network to be all sorted plus i would imagine not only the Cameroon Govt, but other neighbouring nations as well, plus also some of the major banks that have been involved in this part of the world..

There is a big push to get things deloped in that part of Africa and i would rather them take their time and do it right rather than have all sort of problems and further delaying negotiations down the track.

I think when this whole deal comes to light we will truly see the details and intricacies that were involved... and i am sure it will be a good one..

as has been mentioned here numerous times the fundamentals have not changed, but a bit of patience especially from the LTH will see the rewards down the track..
