re: director morons giving away the company Oh and forgot to mention that the original agreement with Cristal was for an issue at 30 cents (now it is revised to 13 cents).

Cristal go from being a minor shareholder to a controlling interest.............

I hope the shareholders knock it back and management end up unemployed and penniless (unemployed at least, I'm sure they'll have fleeced the treasury so won't have to worry about $$$)
