Let them sell. Even if they have the "office" on a rumour or leak, Lakes cant be any worse off than we are now if we get nothing (unlikely)
We still have a possible change of state govt soon and the Libs have said at least some inland exploration- but my guess is they will naturally want to stick it up the socialist and greens and open the taps- pro business and all that- but they wouldnt dare say that for losing swinger voters who are cautious and cagey and mostly think they are clever waiting for policies from both sides. What they fail to understand, is that each side always has its own hardcore direction BUT these days they cant be so open about it for fear of retribution from many cynical and frightened voters- thus we are seeing many close elections all over the place plus peoples priorities have changed a lot now.
THe longer this decision drags on the harder and higher ramifications it would seem to indicate although the ban wasnt there before and now it is, so how earth shattering can it be for the market? Is it it being delayed till after the election? or is 6 months the usual deliberation time for these things?
All we know is an answer will come and LKO has waited this long. Nothing would make me sell now and in fact i am shoring up my investment as logically it can only get better for lakes if they can hang on as a state wide ban can never last as its as unrealistic as the current housing boom mess Aust is in so correction/or worse is the only possible outcome...
