Dec 4 2018: YBYs review committee finds LYC compliant with all regulations, recommends further research on Condisoil & construction of PDF
Hours after report release: YBY goes against her own expert committee and demands WLP to be exported prior to Sept 2nd (2019) for licence renewal.

Jan 3(?) 2019: Lynas files appeal as per regulations (within 30 days of placed condition)*

30 May: Dr M says Lynas will be allowed to continue operations
31 May: YBY says Dr M meant something else... and reveals plan to go to Australia to discuss WLP on 20th June

18th June: YBY gets courtesy call by His Excellency Bai Tian, the Ambassador of China to Malaysia
|
19th June: YBY cancels Australia trip
|
23-26th June: YBY on 'working visit to Beijing'
|
29th June: Appeal hearing...
Coincidences..? Clearly there is misplaced bias, and your 'why' can only have so many answers..
