The shares in Panda Hill Mining are held in trust by Panda Hill Mining Nominees (as per the Notice of General Meeting 28/06/2021). We were assured of regular shareholder communication in that Notice, but it hasn't happened. Currently we have "PHMBEN" or Beneficial Interests in the shares held in trust. I have a holding statement for PHMBEN from Link Market Services, but when I try to log in to that PHMBEN is not listed and the SRN/HIN on the holding statement is I*******XXXX (where XXXX is a four figure number). Since most of the SRN/HIN is hidden under asterisks I can't log in using that.
Panda Hill had a Mineral Resource estimate of 178 Mt at 0.50% Nb2O5 (that is 0.175% Nb); WA1 recently drilled 54m at 0.62% niobium, 0.18% rare earths and 3.85% phosphorus from 162m depth (that is a good grade but very deep). Their market cap is now 67 million.
