    Short answer is that I have not heard a bloody thing, and it's average

    In November they wrote "preferred offers being considered and if finalised will be put to shareholders in Q1 2013"

    That's 5 weeks ago. It would be assuring to get confirmation this side of Q1

    The market think they are lying fools, they need to actively manage that perception / reality
