    Its my understanding it only cost something like $16k which isn't a lot under the circumstances yet could make an awful lot of people think there is some hope......

    OR the person could well be loading up knowing something.

    I just wouldn't be buying them nor heads nor "averaging down"
    thinking that that may be the case.
