Revolution, to answer your query in your previous post- I believe that the parties are-
landowners who did sign agreements(giving consent) to Sumi but, are now claiming that they signed against their will, that is , they have changed their minds and withdrawn their support for Sumi in favour of Axiom.
Sumi will obviously argue that they did not sign against their will.
I believe that this had something to do with the adjournment.
In the end, its the landowners who wield the true power and they have banded with Axiom.
