From previous posts sumitomo have unpaid court costs not a good look turning up in the same place again with unpaid costs

The Solomon Govt are eager to get this resource into production would imagine there are taxes etc coming to them from the rescource big dollars which i am led to believe makes the solomons go around.

If they found in favour of sumitomo this rescource would never get of the ground even if they could overturn AXIOMS lease they would never get the land owners approval already been down that track once.

This is just a spitefull attempt by sumitomo to sabotage Axioms successful aquasition of a WORLD CLASS RESCOURCE
Case of if we cant have it no one will and i dont think the High Court will tolerate this. But they will have to be seen to go through the motions.
