Allegedly plenty going on behind the scenes. Apparently the directors, or "business heads" of the company have had a difference of opinion to that of the inventor in which direction the company should take.

Supposedly,the ex-board have offered a considerable sum of money to the inventor to entice him to walk away and leave the running of the business to them. Naturally, he feels he knows what's best for the company, the board with the business backgrounds beg to differ.

One positive is that the ex-board believe in the product, are willing to fork out the dollars to have a piece of the action. It's whether the inventor can mend the fall out, and they can all get along.

l believe that the creativity and brilliance be left to the inventors of this world, and the management and financial aspects be left to the business savvy. If these ego's can be quelled, they could have a real future.
