You can be as unique as you want but if you are a hammer looking for a nail it's always going to be a hard road. Look at it this way - near map publish photographs. Everyone can read and understand them therefore they use them. Only a few people genuinely use point clouds. Many are excited and want to but don't yet know how. Pointerra only makes it easier to view and catalogue not actually retrieve actionable data. In my view they are still some way from solving 3d data's real problem which is making it useful to everyone who looks at it
