We had a deal on the table already. We extended it and then waited and waited. We then voted on it and approved it. It was then rejected. And now we go through it again. As far as we know at the moment, the offer is not better at all. It is still exactly the same as the rejected one. Only difference is that we have lost a year to do something with our capital. So it has actually cost us money at this point.
What increase on the offer does JC now have to get to make up for the time opportunity that he has currently cost holders with their capital?
