I spoke to JC last week and he confirmed what I thought which was that both offers were still on the table. I think he said both were given access to the company's data room but beyond that could not say much more. He hoped that he would have something to report soon, but said it's all dependent upon the other parties.

Sorry, I thought I shared this before, but looking at my history it's obvious my ipad still has issues with the HC website.

If anyone else is unsure, try giving him a call. I hadn't spoken to him before, and couldn't get through the first two times, left a message on my second attempt and he returned my call the next day.
