I dont think any serious take over is going to arise. Ever. The recent issue of a large number of 10% convertibles seems to me too much of a poison pill to sollicit such a development, thus assuring AZZ independence for a long time.
And the boasting by certain quarters about the SP? When I received my Amity shares in lieu for my Roebuck ones, Amity did one Australian Dollar and twentytwo cents. So we are far from half of where we once were, taking the dilution in account. BrgdS
