    SouthOz, Thanks, wasn't looking for advice, looking for news to formulate a plan. I heard that some QRX investors where calling Aussie media reporters. Wonder if there was any news hitting Tuesday. Assuming the worst, do you think there will be any shareholders' lawsuits? How do you guys handle this type of problem down under? Will legal action basically shut down the company? What type of D&O insurance are ASX companies required to carry?
