Realistically, would QRX management ever be able to raise any more funds after this debacle? Who would ever give current management any more money without control? QRX looks like they have a short time to live until they run out of money. Meanwhile, I suspect regulatory actions and lawsuits will tied them up - if not from Australia, then at least from the States. This is a dead company. All we are talking about is divvying up whatever IP and insurance money there is between between the VCs, lawyers, government agencies, and shareholders.
