Hi Yanlin,

For now, I will just concentrate on the Investor Relations' issues, as Q4 revenue is likely to be as you have indicated (ie: up QoQ).

As for Investor relations, on 28/11 (in part), ATC made the following ASX announcement:

"The Company is currently reviewing its corporate and investor
relations strategies. Post the FNT transaction, AdvanTel's scale of
operations will make it appropriate and economic to establish and
staff an office on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia with the
specific task of managing the Company's investor and corporate
relations. The Company will make a further announcement regarding
this office in due course".

This was followed up on 13/12, with the following ASX announcement (in part):

"Advantage Telecommunications Limited (AdvanTel) also announced today
the promotion of Mr Atul Gautam to the position as Manager, Corporate
Development, as part of a stronger focus by the company on investor
relations in Australia.

AdvanTel has also appointed well-known telecommunications industry
consultant Mr Brett O'Riley, from Cavan Group Limited, to assist
AdvanTel with this activity and other projects within the company.

Atul Gautam, said "I am looking forward to communicating the AdvanTel
Eurasian market proposition to our shareholders in Australia and in
Asia, and driving other developments for the company in the region".

He continued, "AdvanTel are keen to improve and develop dialogue with
our shareholder base and I am pleased to work with Brett O'Riley, as
the liaison between the Company and its shareholders".
